For this review, I conducted a systematic search using the OVID database, selected the papers, summarized the evidence in tables, identified knowledge gaps, managed the submission process and reviewer's feedback. I also developed and designed figures using the "Biorender" app.

For this manuscript, I conducted the literature review, postulated hypotheses and study design, and coordinated a multidisciplinary team that included dieticians, dentists, environmental epidemiologists, and biostatisticians. I conducted the statistical analyses using the software Stata and created the figures using both Stata and R.
